Sometimes though it isn't always easy to come up with the right thing to say, or you maybe concentrating on something else and do not have the brain power to even contemplate a reply.
If that's the case and you find yourself on the end of a negative review, here are 20 non offensive or spammy replies that you can copy and paste and use within your replies:
