30-Day Rolling Contract Terms

Contract Duration and Renewal: This agreement constitutes a rolling contract with a term of 30 days from the date of activation ("Initial Term"), and will automatically renew for successive 30-day terms (each a "Renewal Term") unless terminated as provided herein.

Payment Terms:

Fees for services provided under this contract are due and payable at the beginning of the Initial Term and subsequently at the beginning of each Renewal Term. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Cancellation Policy: Upon termination, the provider will provide the services for 30 days as per the 30 day rolling contract at the end of the 30th day on which termination notice is received. The final invoice will be adjusted to reflect only the portion of the service period that was used, and no further charges will be incurred.
